Music broadcast on Righteous Radio is either original content produced under Suno Premier license or licensed for broadcast through appropriate licensing agreements.
Righteous Radio operates as a non-commercial Christian ministry. All sponsorships are donor acknowledgments, not advertisements. Righteous Radio reserves the right to review, edit, or decline any sponsorship or dedication submission that does not align with our faith-based mission and content guidelines.
Submissions containing promotional language, phone numbers, website URLs, pricing, or calls to action will be declined. Refunds will be issued for any declined submission.
All donations to Righteous Radio support the ministry of Righteous Law. Donations are processed securely through Stripe. Righteous Radio does not store credit card information.
Your contribution may be tax deductible — please consult your tax advisor. Annual giving statements are available upon request.
This website and the Righteous Radio stream are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the stream or website at all times.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the station broadcasting 24/7 but cannot guarantee availability due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
Righteous Radio, Righteous Law, and their officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the radio stream.
Our total liability for any claim related to this site shall not exceed the amount you have donated to Righteous Radio in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Snohomish County, Washington.
